In 2004, GLC+Architects was established to provide comprehensive architecture, interior design, and engineering design services. With projects completed for notable clients such as Cityland Development Corporation, Cactus Development Corporation, Dunkin' Donuts Philippines, and Greatwall Development Corporation; the firm has expanded it’s service to provide outsourcing and collaborative works with foreign and local design firms. One such firm where GLC+Architects has been consistently working in collaboration with, is BCI Asia Top 10 Architectural Design Firm Jonathan O. Gan and Associates. Collaborative projects between GLC+Architects and Jonathan O. Gan and Associates include developments for Robinson's Land Corporation, Greenfield Development Corporation and Filinvest Land Incorporated to name a few. With the growing demand for exclusive design services handling sensitive information, Applied Innovations Methods (AIM Architects) was recently established.
